An apple and oatmeal a day added to your meal (or as part of breakfast) totally and completely works! It is a great way I have found to quickly lose a few extra pounds before an event or trip and helps me to stay fuller longer.
I didn't stick with this concept however because there are only so many ways you can jazz up oatmeal after a few weeks. I still love love a bowl at least once or twice a week to start the day (or even for lunch) but this everyday keeps me far away!
